hello + back to blogging + AUTUMN IS FINALLY HERE

Why am I getting so many views from Singapore these days? Are these bots, or is there someone I should say hello to? : D

good old

build a strong team
requirements:
- everyone puts in the work equally, and is equal
- we are working towards the same goal
- any issues get resolved immediately, if something is unclear lets figure it out
- take charge in leading players into reaching this state, so team vibe isnt shit always
(consistent 1on1 talks or as a group)

performance:
- everyone needs to know what to focus on individually in team training (and in solo training)
- team strategy needs to be defined
- everyone needs to know what they lack as a team, as individuals. How to fix it, give directions

since you spend a lot of time with players, have to be careful not to get carried away and get frustrated like the players about things (game state, other players. You are not the player, you need to show them direction. Separate yourself, its very very important. You also have to bring in new/fresh energy, else once again stagnation happens no matter how motivated the players were in the beginning

Haven't been efficient last weeks, for no particular reason, just allowed myself to slow down. But it does clear up some things, despite being objectively a waste

Just a funny/cute thought. Imagine - WHATT IM ISEKAI'ED??? Suddenly everything is changed!!!! Time to stop being a fat bastard otaku holled up in your room and live your true life?!?!?!?!?
It is funny, because it kind of does kick a boost motivation up yours. Perspective change sometimes is all you need

I've spent all my time from last days either cramming in work or cramming in league coaching work. But that refreshing autumn breeze is coming in through the window ah : D. I'll take a holiday after this months app release. Nature is simply calling for me. Taking those 2 days off last week, are a good reminder of the things you are missing out when you are stuck in the rat race of being constantly busy. Yeah its great to be occupied, and that is a fulfilment of my wish to always have something to work on, to be interested on. It is great, but there is something fundamental missing when everything else falls through in your life, when all you are doing is spending all your time on the PC. Bad habits start forming, balance collapses. I still get hyper focused and mess everything else up.

Even now writing this blogpost. I am tired. I spent so much time on the PC, my body is exhausted lol. It is so hard to feel any motivation or enlightment in that state. And the deeper down you go, the harder it feels to get out as you are already weakened. Thats why its wrong. If you care about living, you have to take this more serious. And sure I said this or something similar many times before, but thats how progress happens when you are a stubborn idiot (normal person). This has to be jammed into my head over and over, until I see even 1% change. And it is getting there, but fuck man really. Living like this sucks, lets get the balance back and not lose myself again. You have to be able to manage this, as it makes you better at everything. That is the only way to show sincerity
