Coaching work to do:

    - write down the AE strategy (crow league theory), what is it now, what is the vision of the team and how they should look to play. Stick to 1 specific style to simplify and expand on it, what it means and what you are looking to do in games primarely (as a team). How do you gain leads, how to you end/win game? What to do in those lull moments of nothing is really up, how to respond to situations? Screenshots, presentations, quick summary of it all would be helpful.

    - different coaching strategy, write down specific jobs for each player role, separate it by levels, keep it detailed so the concrete growth path for player and what to coach them on is clear

    - when team training comes, everyone has their own job/role very defined and knows what to do, then we simply try to converge 5 players to be in sync, but primarely focused on individual role execution

    - do 1on1 reviews, talks of how well they executed the given job, and what is preventing them from reaching next level. (Concrete, quick, focused feedback)

    - employ help of role coaches to track each player and how they perform these tasks, for fast feedback after each game or at worst after the games, perhaps in a video review or 1on1 as we all grab the players in question

+++

    - also from managerial pov need to define each management team members role/job more clearly, so no one is confused what needs to be done. Clear delegation of tasks to improve our overall efficiency

manager, head coach, team coach, positional, assistant+ (like shino who looks for scrims?)
